AME course in Malaysia is of a period of 3 years with the last six months devoted to On Job Training. There are also opportunities in Malaysia in the form of an integrated course in which AME and EASA licensing are combined and taught over a period of 5 years. This provides excellent exposure to students, allowing them to take EASA exams during the course and become a full-fledged Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in 5 years.
